Prabandhan ’21 is the 10th anniversary edition of the management conclave of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). This business school competition is being held fully in the online mode and From The Experts Mouth (FTEM) is the Digital Media Partner. Prabandhan ’21 brings together nine events across various functions such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Analytics. There is an open article writing competition, Soch ’21, which is being conducted in association with From the Experts’ Mouth.

What is Prabandhan?

Over the last decade, Prabandhan has witnessed the youth participating in a series of events. The team at IIT Kanpur, MBA, has been nurturing this initiative to create an open platform for management students to discuss their avalanche of ideas and get practical experience by solving real world problems in a competitive set-up. Events such as Soch, the article writing competition, even encourage participants to highlight the issues or problems of this world, even beyond business management, which call for our collective attention.

When Is Prabandhan ’21 being held?

In 2021, IIT Kanpur MBA is organizing the tenth edition of the conclave and the exciting events to celebrate the anniversary edition will be scheduled between 8th October to 10th October, 2021.

However, online registrations for most of the events close by 15th September and the last date for submitting articles to Soch ’21 is 25th September.

What Are The Advantages Of Management Conclaves?

The MBA program typically provides students enormous exposure to network and learn from academia, fellow students and industry interaction. However, on account of the pandemic, the last two academic years have deprived the students of several such learning opportunities.

In this light, it is critical that students make best use of this awesome opportunity to learn, network and put their knowledge and concepts to use in the risk-free simulated environment that is provided by business school competitions.

Participating in Prabandhan ’21 will provide several benefits to the participants:

  1. Provide a common platform for management students to share their knowledge and experience and learn from industry leaders
  2. Provide insights about the upcoming trends in the business world
  3. Help B-school students to apply theoretical knowledge and be better informed while making career choices
  4. Boost the confidence, skills and credentials required to obtain the best placements in the upcoming summer / final placements
  5. Develop their communication skills and provide a wonderful platform for networking
  6. An opportunity to share your thoughts in Soch ’21, which also provides an opportunity to get published and recognized
  7. Last but not the least, bring out your competitive best to win prizes
