Talent can be defined as something which is inherent within you or the extraordinary capabilities which have been given to you as a gift from God.
Talent is something that makes you reach the pinnacle of your potential and attain success. As per research, 80% of the working class population is not happy with their job. They find themselves doing things they do not really enjoy and lead a life of compromise. This is because people are unable to discover their talent.

Here are some interesting ways in which you can introspect to figure out your talents. These leading questions and an honest detailed answers to them followed by some analysis will surely lead you closer to answer – How to find my Talents?
What leads you to the Flow State?
A slight stretching of one’s current levels of skill can help an individual experience the flow state. If one is determined to stretch a bit more in certain areas, then it will grow. A good example for understanding the concept of reaching the flow state would be sports. Engaging in challenging athletic activity presents ample opportunity to focus all your energy to stretch beyond your capability. Flow state is about reaching a state where the individual loses his consciousness and gets totally involved in performing the task at hand.
Another interesting example of being in the flow state is that of a mentor or a teacher. Love for a subject makes the teacher explore knowledge deeply and the teacher feels elated when they are able to impart this knowledge to the students. A perfect example of the flow state.
In the context of the corporate setting, we can say that flow occurs when the executives are deeply engaged and are entirely focused on the project at hand. Flow State leads to quality output and improved performance.
It is possible for one to continuously engage in learning and keep boredom at bay. This would be a great way to be in the flow state.

What hobby can be monetized to help you earn more?
Think of what you enjoy indulging in as your hobby. Then look for ways in which the hobby can be monetized, even if it is at a small scale.
Reading and writing are a great example. You can become a content writer in several niche areas. You can write about things related to your areas of interest.
What excites your interest?
Think about the things that you enjoy doing. What do you look forward to doing?
A person who enjoys gardening will look for opportunities in indulging in this hobby. He will find a chance to do it whenever possible. He will not see whether he is getting some returns out of it or not. This may also be called a hobby.
One who finds travelling exciting will enjoy the change in environment and food frequently while someone else may want to stick to the comfort of his home.
A person may love to sky dive while many others find it dangerous.
Similarly someone may enjoy writing, while many others find it boring.
