About The FTEM Content Internship Program
Content Intern – Job Responsibilities
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities will be finalized and communicated upon joining, and may change during the course of the internship to maximize the learning opportunities.
Typical job responsibilities during the Content Internship program include:
1. Work on content writing/editing for articles, social media, emails, books, courses, and create the storyboard and script for YouTube, reels, etc.
2. Work on content re-purposing and generate and execute approved ideas for re-purposing content from articles to social media, listicles, infographics, videos, reels, polls, and contribute your ideas
3. Finalize content and check for spelling, grammar, plagiarism, and add our style elements through quotes, related reads, headings, etc.
4. Assist in marketing efforts by encouraging people in your network to sign-up on the website, register for courses, webinars, campus ambassador programs, etc.
5. Help increase social media and website engagement, backlinks, network with potential authors/contributors, etc.
The Most Flexible and Transparent Paid Internship Program
This is an opportunity to work at a paid internship program. Students need a fair amount of flexibility during the internship, as they have to juggle between academics, projects, submissions, extra-curricular events, exams and of course, socializing, networking and having fun!
However, the paid internships programs typically do not offer this flexibility. Consequently, we have created an industry first flexible and transparent internship program, where you literally have the ability to write your own pay cheque!
Stipend Offered
The internship stipend shall be computed according to the following methodology:
Custom-developed credits framework gives you credits for each activity so that you get recognized for each task that you complete during your internship and you can get recognized and remunerated accordingly. This makes the paid internship program at FTEM the fairest and transparent across all content internships. The diverse range of activities for which credits are granted ensures that you can earn credits and more money, no matter what your skillset is – content writing, editing, re-purposing, videos, or marketing!
Here are some salient features of the internship program and the stipend that we offer:
1) The exact amount of stipend depends on the volume of work, deliverables and hours of work. All these shall be mutually agreed upon before onboarding. A minimum stipend of 3,000 per month for 4 hours of work per day for 5 days in a week.
2) If you come up with your original ideas and write appropriate content accordingly, the same may be published in your name, subject to certain terms!
3) We have a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, and any plagiarism, immoral or unethical conduct may lead to penal consequences.
4) Based on performance, we may consider the interns for extension and/or full-time jobs.

1. 100 credits for 1000 words of original content in a finished state
2. 100 credits for editing 3000 words written by others
3. 10/50 credits for free website signup/paid webinar signup
4. 50/100 credits for Reels/YouTube videos
…and many more, that shall be communicated to you upon joining the Content Internship Program at FTEM.
These credits are typically translated into monetary equivalents and the stipend is paid out after the end of the month, making this the most transparent and flexible paid internship program!
