Thanks for the comments Rajiv. Yes, if there is one change that is not so obvious, it is the color of the swan i.e. our thinking and perceptions about risk! And, as you rightly pointed out, this applies to both our personal and professional lives.

Yes, absolutely. Our mindspaces are consumed by the negativity around us. The least we can do is amplify the positives to counter this.
